even though paul is from bands like testament and exodus and they are both very cool bands i still don't think that means that he wouldn't be a good fit for slayers music but thats my opinion look dave lombardo was a very good drummer for slayer and hepled with that signature sound very ominous foreboding at times sound of slayer that we all love i mean if the other guys in slayer didn't think he was up to the challenge they wouldn't have said hey wanna join our band we don't have a problem with your style

In my opinion I think Jon Dette was more better then Paul Bostaph especially when it came time playing angel of death and at dawn they sleep when it came time with those drum parts in those songs I'm not saying Paul sucks at playing but Jon was better I think.

The drum parts this dude came up with are phenomenal. Huge props to Paul and Slayer for this masterpiece. One of the best and most influential songs ever written for me in the history of extreme metal! \m/

Paul Bostaph is obviously a good drummer, unfortunately he played on all of Slayers worst albums. His drumming style does not fit Slayer's music like Dave Lombardo. As for these guys playing Skynyrd, that is just cool!
